How We Approach Every Watch
Our process is the same regardless of which service is eventually chosen. We start carefully, we record everything, and we discuss what we find before committing to any course of action.
Examine
We assess the watch under magnification, record the rate, review the movement condition, and note anything that requires attention.
Discuss
We share our findings with you in writing and in person. We explain what we found, what we would suggest, and why — leaving the decision entirely with you.
Work
Agreed work is carried out at the atelier's pace, with updates along the way. On completion, you receive a full service document with timing data and a record of all work performed.
Service One
Gentle Assessment & Servicing
A calm starting point for caring owners. The movement is examined under magnification, the rate recorded, and seals, crown, and crystal reviewed. Cleaning and fresh lubrication are included where appropriate. A clear written summary and tactful recommendations follow, with the decision on further work left entirely to you.

Process
Bring the watch in by appointment — we examine it while you wait or leave it with us.
We carry out a full inspection and note all findings in writing.

Service Two
Movement Repair & Refinement
For watches that need their accuracy restored, this service returns the movement to steady running. Worn parts are replaced with original or matched components, the balance is regulated, and water resistance is checked and renewed where needed. The work is patient and considerate of the watch's original character and value.

Restoration & Heritage Care
A comprehensive service for vintage and collectible watches. Work may include a full overhaul, gentle refinishing of case and bracelet, crystal replacement, and patient sourcing of correct parts. Originality and value guide each decision, with light-touch refinishing preferred. Detailed documentation accompanies the finished work.
